One of the best pizzas in the world is the american pizza, with it’s diversity of ingredient and the mixture of spicy flavors. We give you its simple steps to let you cook it at home!
Preparing the pizza dough
In a bowl, mix the yeast in 10 cl of warm water and add 5 tsp. flour. Mix everything and form a small ball by hand. Let it sit for 30 min.
In another bowl, pour the rest of the flour, place the ball of dough, half a glass of warm water, milk, olive oil and salt.
To get a soft american pizza dough, knead everything until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Then form a ball and place it in the floured bowl. After that cover with a cloth and let rise for 2 hours.

Dressing and distributing the condiments
Preheat the Th. 7 oven (210 ° C).
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Now fill your american pizza with the condiments. First pour the tomato sauce over it and add the salami slices. Add the sliced onions, mushrooms slices, sliced olives and diced mozzarella. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top and sprinkle with oregano.
