Making the cream of the apple donuts
Start by pouring about 6 ice cubes into a glass and fill it with cold water.
Pour the cornstarch, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar into a bowl.
Mixing the dry ingredients is a way to have no lumps when adding the liquid. Pour the ice water over the mixture (but without the ice cubes) and mix.
