The Beghrir comes from the middle orient kitchen that is famous by its pastry that comes in many differents sort and shapes. The Beghrir is one of the greatest invention, its a simple mixture of dessert, breakfast,or as bread. Here the secrets you need to make it at home.
Making the dough
First sift the dry ingredients, then add the egg and the two yeasts, then take the warm water, mix with the whisk, then pour it into the blender. Mix well and let it rise for about 30 minutes. After the rest time, a foam will appear on the surface, again mix well with a ladle by lifting the mixture.
How to cook the beghrir
Heat a non-stick frying pan, wipe with a piece of oil-soaked cotton. Start cooking by pouring the amount of a small ladle.
Do not overcook, the bottom of the pancake should be just golden , the dish is cooked on one side.
Dressage before serving
