Preparation mode:
The bibingka cake is very famous and common in Asia. Especially in Philippines, it’s a traditional dessert which you can eat in every holiday.
Making the cream
Preheat the oven.
To make the bibingka cream, prepare a syrup by mixing water and sugar, then bring to a boil until you get a caramel.

Pierce the coconut at each end and extract the milk. Beat the coconut milk with the egg yolks and add the flour little by little. Add the syrup, a little butter and the ground almonds.

Put a sheet and brush it with butter. Place a portion at the bottom of the mold and put in the oven.
Finally, almost at the end of cooking, add another part of dough and bake again. Repeat the same operation again.
