Preparation mode:
We chose to make an Indian chicken called Butter Chicken, with a spice sauce (garam massala in particular), cashews and coriander.
Do not worry, there are only 70 grams of butter in this sauce that is divinely good, smooth and very sweet. We also show you how to cook an Indian rice, it’s very easy.
Prepare Chicken butter spices
Cut the chicken into small pieces and coat it with the following marinade: tomato paste, half of the pressed garlic, half of the ginger, salt, 2 tablespoons of garam massala, the juice of ½ lime.
In a pan fry the chopped onion, the rest of the garlic and ginger, cook for 10 minutes stirring so that it does not catch.

Cooking our Spicy Sauce
Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, the rest of garam massala by coating well. Pour 1 glass of water and allow to evaporate.
Add to this spicy paste, crushed tomato and cashews, 1 large glass of water, cover and simmer on low heat for 20 min.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil in a skillet and grasp the chicken on all sides.
Spend the spicy sauce in the blender to obtain a creamy sauce and put it back in the pan with the chopped butter and the chicken. The pieces will finish cooking in this sauce for 10 minutes.

Cooking the sauce
Finally, add the cream and serve immediately with fresh coriander and enjoy your Butter Chicken.
