We present you the italian calzone, a traditional pizza sandwish that you can eat when or whever you are. You won’t resist its crispy taste !!
Preparing the vegetables
Chop the button mushrooms and the shallot , fry them in a little of olive oil for 10 min. Once returned, add the tomato pulp, then season with salt, pepper, set it aside.
Dice the mozzarella and ham, cut the olives roughly.
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (thermostat 7).
Distributing the condiments
Divide the dough in 4, spread in four discs of 16 cm in diameter (approximately), using a brush, brush them with olive oil, to insure a crunchy calzone. Then add to the preparation of mushrooms, ham, mozzarella and olives, with a pinch of oregano.
Place the mixture on each half of the discs that you made, fold down the other half to obtain slippers, pinch the edges to weld well (use a fork).
Dressing the calzone pizza
Sprinkle a non-stick plate with flour, place the calzone pizzas , then brush with egg white. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese.
