Preparations of the condiments
Choose some raw shrimp in the beginning. Then finely chop a medium onion. After that brown it in the pan with a little olive oil until the onions are soft and start to brown slightly, stirring often.
Wash the raw shrimp under a stream of fresh water.

Peel a small cucumber, cut it into strips and remove the excess from the middle before cutting it into small pieces.
Cooking the ingredients of the
First put the raw shrimp into the pan with the melted onion. Then add the diced cucumber on top and put on high heat. After that pour the lemon juice over the shrimp.
As well as chilli, for chilli it is according to your tastes either tabasco sauce as here, or red chili puree, or schiracha sauce, or even chili powder, dose according to your tastes.
Pour a half glass of water and stir continuously for about 5 minutes on high heat.
Dressing and serving the camaroes dish
Turn the shrimps halfway through cooking. They should turn from gray to a pretty pink. Traditionally these shrimps are served with a simple white rice, the shrimps on one side and the cucumber sauce with the shrimp juices on the rice. Enjoy your shrimp camaroes meal !!
