The chicken hamburger recipe is the perfect meal for a daytime. If you are in a hurry it won’t cost time to have a balanced and delicious lunch before going to work. Follow this steps to know its secrets !
Preparations of the condiments
Take the chicken fillets and remove the fat from the sides. After that pass the chicken fillets through an electric meat grinder, using a medium grid. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the ground meat.
Season with powdered cumin. Add a touch of Sichuan pepper as well as fine salt. Now mix carefully.
Mold 4 chicken steaks in a cookie cutter. Keep these chicken steaks cool to insure a delicious taste of our chicken hamburger.
Break two eggs in a salad bowl and season with cumin of fine salt, and freshly ground pepper. Beat the eggs into an omelet with a fork.
Skip the chicken steaks in the beaten eggs mixture. Be careful, chicken steaks are fragile, they must be handled with care!
Then pass the chicken steak in the Panko breadcrumbs, and turn it on both sides, so that the steak is well wrapped in breadcrumbs.
Repeat the operation. We will thus have a fairly substantial layer of breading fillets for our chicken hamburger. Keep cool.
Cooking the condiments
Take the Camembert and cut it in half crosswise and return each half to the wooden camembert box (sliced part on top).
Take the burger buns on which we put caramelized sunflower seeds on the surface (you can use sesame seeds, blue poppy seeds …). And cut them in half with a bread knife. Once the burger buns are sliced, set aside.
Cook the chicken steaks in a hot oil bath. This will take 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Be careful, the chicken steak is raw, so you have to cook it enough so that it is cooked to the core. The oil must be hot, but not boiling or the breading will color too quickly!
Halfway through turning the chicken steaks and cook the other side.
Stuffing the Chicken hamburger
When dressing, add a drizzle of honey on the two halves of camembert. Then place the can of camembert in the oven, under the grill. The chicken steaks are cooked, place them on a warm board.
After a few minutes the camembert will melt and color. The top crust is to be removed then the content of the camembert which is flowing, is to be poured over the chicken steaks.
Brown the crumb side of the burger buns in a very hot non-stick pan.
Spread the base of the burger buns with tomato sauce that you can prepare in advance.
Cover the tomato sauce with lamb’s lettuce, and gently place the chicken steaks on the lamb’s lettuce.
Serving the chicken hamburger
Cover the chicken steaks with lamb’s lettuce.
Finish with the top of the burger buns which have also been spread with tomato sauce. And make everything stand with bamboo sticks or mini-skewers. Serve while it’s hot, and accompanied by “homemade” fries. Good tasting !

You can also replace the sesame seeds with sunflowers seeds.
