We present you the royal chocolate cocktail recipe. A easy and tasty combination of cocoa and melted chocolate that please all palates. Enjoy !
Prepare the molds
Put the glasses in the freezer to freeze them.
Make meringues as indicated in the black forest recipe.
Glue small meringues around the glass with the dark chocolate.
Make chocolate cocktail
For the cocktail: chop the 70% cocoa chocolate with a knife or in a food processor, and put it in a bowl.
Boil the milk, the cream and the caster sugar, add the orange zest.
Pour the boiling milk (without the zest) over the chocolate in several batches, mixing with a whisk until it completely melts. In order to obtain a smooth texture, pass the mixture through the blender.
Pour the lukewarm chocolate into pretty glasses. Add the cocoa liquor.
Make frothed milk
Prepare the frothed milk: in a small saucepan, pour 20 cl of milk, and whisk for 2 minutes with a small special mixer to obtain a light foam. Book.
Using a spoon, add frothed milk to each glass.
Decorate with filaments of melted chocolate.
Grate the tonka bean on top. Serve immediately.
Choose chocolate and cocoa very wisely.
