Coming straight from the United States, this little gourmet chocolate cookies is perfect for afternoon tea. So what better than good homemade dessert? Here’s a chocolate chip cookie recipe that’s quick and easy to make!
Prepare the dough
Preheat the oven to (175 ° C).
In a bowl, whisk the soft butter and sugar with a mixer.
Add the egg and beat everything for a few minutes (for a touch of vanilla, you can add liquid vanilla or vanilla sugar). Gradually add sifted flour and yeast and blend until a smooth cookies paste is obtained.
Pour in the milk and mix. Then add the chocolate chips and knead to incorporate well into your dough. Using two tablespoons or just your hands, form about twenty balls the size of a walnut and spread them on a plate covered with a piece of cooking paper. Flatten each ball of cookies dough to obtain a disc of 1 cm thick using the back of a spoon.
You can try edible Cookie Dough.
Make sure to leave some space between cookies so that they do not come into contact with each other during cooking.
Baking chocolate chip cookies
Bake and cook for 10 to 12 minutes depending on whether you want crunchy or fluffy cookies. Once they are golden brown, take them out of the oven. Let cool for about fifteen minutes and enjoy your cookies with simple chocolate chips still warm.
The advantage with these chocolate cookies is that we can afford everything. All chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate praline, peanuts. Anything is possible. So be creative and enjoy!
