Making the donuts dough
First start by diluting baker’s yeast in water. Then add this mixture to milk previously warmed in the microwave. Mix well and let it stand for about 10 min.
Pour the mixture into a salad bowl. Add the egg, soft butter and vanilla flavor. Stir in half of the flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix. Least and not last, add the remaining flour and mix well to form a ball.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Finally, place your donuts dough in a large bowl, and cover it with cling film. Make a few holes with the tip of the knife and let it stand for 1:30.
Forming the donuts shape
Once the dough has puffed up and gets an extra volume, degas it using fists. Then spread the dough with a rolling pin on a floured work surface.
Form the donuts hoops using a round cookie cutters of different sizes.

Cooking the donuts dough
Heat oil in a pan or fryer.
Immerse the donuts one by one, they must simmer on contact with the oil. Cook 30/45 seconds per side.

First put the smashed chocolate bar in a bowl on a medium heat. Add a little water and stir slowly. Once melted, dip the upper part of the donuts inside (up to half the donuts) using a spartula with your hand (to control the donuts rings)
Then place it on the baking sheet, decorate with decorative sugar or a pinch of icing sugar (optional). Let the chocolate dry before tasting.
