The most delicious donuts in the world: the chocolate donuts!
Moist and fluffy donuts that are baked, not fried, and full of chocolate. Covered in a thick chocolate glaze, these are perfect for any chocoholic who wants a chocolate version of this classic treat. A delicacy to share and enhance according to your desires!
Prepare the donuts dough
In a salad bowl, mix the baker’s yeast, the warm milk and whip a little. Then add the eggs and mix briefly.
In a larger container, pour half of the preparation, half of the flour, the other half of the preparation, then finish with the other half of the flour.
Add salt and sugar and mix. Once the dough is fairly smooth, add the soft butter while continuing to mix.
Once the dough is smooth and elastic, cover the container with foil. Let the dough rest in the hottest corner of your kitchen, until the dough has doubled in size (about an hour). Then let it cool down a bit in the fridge.

Forming the dough
Lightly flour your work surface and place your dough. Flatten it until it is 1 cm thick.
Using a large cookie cutter, cut large circles of dough. Using a smaller one, cut a small round inside, to obtain the shape of a donut.
