Prepare the ingredients
In a saucepan boil the milk and the fresh cream.
Beat the egg yolks and sugar until it gets blanched. Finally add the cornstarch and mix.
Add the soluble coffee to the milk mixture.
Mix milk and cream with coffee
Pour the milk, cream and coffee mixture over the egg yolks-sugar while whisking to avoid getting lumps in the mixture.
Return the mixture to low heat without stirring until the cream thickens.
Pour the cream into 6 glasses, let cool before putting in the fridge.

Make whipped cream
Put the beaters and the cream in the freezer.
Beat with a manual whisk or an electric mixer at minimum speed until the cream forms (do a test by taking the cream with a spoon and turning it over if the cream does not fall, stop beating, it is important not to not beat the whipped cream too much otherwise it turns into butter). Gently add the icing sugar and the vanilla flavor.
Serve the cream coffee
Using a pastry bag, decorate the coffee and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
