Homemade cream of mushroom soup is full flavored and so easy to make, you won’t buy soup in a can again!

Prepare the soup condiments
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan .
Add a small chopped onion and button mushrooms cut into very small pieces.
Salt, pepper, sprinkle with a tablespoon of chopped parsley .
Stir the mushrooms well in the hot butter. Cover and cook over low heat 1/4 hour.
Then add 2 tablespoons of flour, stirring constantly. Add 1/4 liter of broth (or water) and 1/2 liter of milk.
Cooking the cream of mushroom cream
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
When the soup begins to boil, lower the heat and cook uncovered for another 1/4 hour.
A few minutes before serving add the juice of a lemon and 2 tablespoons of fresh cream (whipped cream)
