Preparation mode:
Traditionally, the Cuban mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, mint, lime juice, soda water, and sugar. Its combination of herbaceous, citrus, and sweetness mint flavors is intended to complement the rum, and has made the Cuban mojito a popular summer drink.
Prepare the drink ingredients
First of all, in a medium-sized glass (capacity about 40 cl), put 3 teaspoons of cane sugar.
Then, add the juice of 1/2 lime.
Cut your branch of mint in 3 or 4 and put it in the glass (cutting it allows the mint flavor to better diffuse).
Add a little sparkling water (about 3 cl) then with a teaspoon, stir everything well and mash the mint (insist on the branches more than on the leaves, otherwise there will be full of little unpleasant mint pieces when tasting your cocktail).

Add about 5 ice cubes.
Cuban mojito final steps
Then pour 6 cl of rum (pouring at medium flow). For the more loaded dose, count to 5; for the light dose up to 4.
Check out Detox Energy Juice.
Finally, complete with sparkling water.
The success of the Cuban mojito largely depends on the rum you use, so do not take too strong rum which would mask the taste of the other ingredients. The rums mentioned in ingredients go perfectly with this cocktail.
