This detox energy juice is perfect to start your day! Stuffed with vitamins oranges, lemon, carrot, and turmeric, it gives you a real boost when you wake up. Some (like me), add a hint of fresh ginger and a slice of fresh pineapple. This juice is kept 24 hours in the fridge in a closed bottle (recycle your small bottles of water for example). No need to sweeten the juice, with the carrot it’s already slightly sweet.
Prepare your fruits and vegetables
Wash your fruit, peel carrots, oranges and lemon.
If you are using a slowly rotating juice extractor (recommended for the detox energy juice)
cut out your vegetables and fruits in pieces and pass them to the robot to extract the juice, not to mention turmeric and possibly ginger and pineapple.
Mixing the Detox Energy Juice
If you use a juicer, I advise you to pass only carrots and turmeric (and possibly ginger and pineapple), and in parallel to squeeze your oranges and lemon, then mix the two juices.
You can try watermelon cocktail.
Savor immediately or reserve in the fridge until 24 hours in advance, in this case stir well before tasting because your juice can separate into several phases.
To successfully make this juice detox, choose organic vegetables and fruits. I think they taste better in juice, and they are more concentrated (especially carrots).
Add the equivalent of a quarter of orange peel and lemon juice extractor, it will strengthen the taste of citrus is very pleasant and not harmful with such a small amount.
Prepare your juice the night before, you will only have to sip the next day at breakfast. It is stuffed with vitamin C and antioxidants in particular.
