We want gourmet drinks and this eggnog based on hot milk, egg yolk and spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla …) caresses our palace. Here is the traditional recipe of eggnog, to share with children since it does not contain alcohol.
Prepare the mixture of the eggnog
Mix the sugar (red + vanilla) with the eggs
beating them to obtain a foamy mixture.
Make it shudder and not boil the milk with the cinnamon sticks.
On low heat, pour the egg and sugar mixture into the milk and stir.
