Prepare the dough
The principle of this delicious recipe is to make a pizza with garlic butter and melted mozzarella.
We start by spreading the pizza dough. (Learn how to make the pizza dough from here)
Then we cut the garlic into very small pieces.
We melt the butter in the microwave. (Please do not use a plastic container it is not good for your health)
Mix the butter and garlic well together.
The mixture is spread over the pizza dough.
Then we place the mozzarella slices on the pizza. (check out Four Cheese Pizza)
Baking the garlic fingers
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C (TH6)
Finally, once the pizza is cooked, we cut it into a grid to make small rectangles.
