Prepare the dough
Pour the flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, add 2 pinches of salt. butter and a little warm water, work (about 15 min) until you get a compact and elastic dough.
Cover it with a cloth and prepare the filling: mix the powdered almonds, stir in the sugar, butter, 4 tbsp. orange blossom water and cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to th 7 (210 °). Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Forming the dough
Spread the first part in a thin strip 10 cm wide.
Take balls of the size of a small nut from the almond paste, then roll them into small rolls 5 cm long.

Place in the middle of the strip of dough little sausages every 10 cm. Fold this strip in half.
Using a pastry wheel, cut it into a croissant shape 2 cm from the almond paste. Prepare the rest of the dough.
Baking Gazelle Horns
Place the gazelle horns on a baking sheet and bake them for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.
Let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and place on a serving platter.
Accompany the gazelle horns with an orange cinnamon salad (6 raw peeled oranges cut into rings, 25 g of sugar. 1 tablespoon orange blossom water. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and fresh mint) for even more indulgence.
