Making the dough
To prepare the dough, mix the ingredients in a container ( flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt, yeast,). When you finish blending, make a hole in the middle.
Add the oil and the yogurt while stirring, mix well, then let the dough rest for about 2 hours.
How to prepare the Hawawshi stuffing
To prepare the stuffing, fry the minced meat in a pan, adding the rest of the ingredients (pepper, tomatoes, onion, parsley,) then mix well.
Forming molds and stuffing
Take the dough, flour the work plan and begin to divide the dough into dumplings the size of a clementine. Roll them to give them the shape of a dumpling.
