The great Italian classic Lasagne bolognese, it’s a gratin made from dough sheets, garnished with cooked beef and bolognese sauce, mixed and baked on oven to give you a great taste that takes you to the depth of the italian culinary secrets . Here’s we show you the simple recipe to make it at home .
Preparation of the vegetables and meat
Start by chopping the garlic, onion and carrots into small pieces. Then brown them in olive oil on a low heat. Add the minced meat. Season the mixture salt and pepper. Then add the tomato pulp, season again. At the end, simmer for 15-20 minutes, with the lid closed, then add the oregano last.
How to make bolognese sauce
For the bechamel , mix the flour with 20 ml of olive oil, we recommend you to whisk to avoid lumps. Pour the milk and bring to the boil.
Stir regularly, for a few minutes. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt, pepper and add the nutmeg .
Stuffing Lasagne sheets
In a dish ( rectangular ), pour half of the Bolognese sauce then cover it with lasagne sheets.
Pour the second half of the sauce and cover again with the leaves.

Finish with a layer of bechamel. Cover with grated parmesan on the top.
Finaly, put in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the lasagne is golden.
