The log is a very common recipe in the European culinary. You can find different types and flavors, chocolate, lemon, vanilla… We gonna show you how to make the salmon and spinach log which is a suitable meal for diet.
Make log mixture
I have chosen frozen chopped spinach here and have them dry in a pan on high heat for 10 minutes. You have to stir constantly, the idea is that it dries up and there is no more vegetation water.
Beat in a bowl or a salad bowl with 4 whole eggs.
Pour the spinach and salt the preparation to taste but not too much because the salmon is also salted. Mix well. Also preheat the oven with t 6 (180°C).

Then butter a sheet of baking paper well and place it on a baking sheet.
Pour the preparation onto the paper and spread it out as evenly as possible.
Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and place a clean, damp cloth over it.
Turn the dish over and remove the baking sheet.
Using the cloth, roll the dough very tight as you do with a carpet. Then let cool.

Meanwhile mix the purse with mascarpone and crème fraîche. Lightly salt the preparation and pepper.
Spread 3/4 of the cheese preparation on the unwound and cold dough. Then arrange the salmon slices on top.

Add the juice of half a lemon and a quarter of the mascarpone box to the 1/4 cream mixture and mix well.
Cover the log with this cream. Then with a fork form streaks. Here I added pumpkin seeds for the green side.
