Escape to the Maghreb for a meal that will blow your mind called Moroccan Chicken Tajine. Combining salty chicken and sweet apricots and grapes, this Moroccan recipe is deliciously spiced up with an assortment of spices. Delicately simmered, chicken legs will gorge on oriental flavors.

In a bowl mix spices and garlic cloves.
In another bowl mix the diced tomatoes , lemon and honey.

Preparations of the Moroccan Chicken Tajine
Remove the skin from the chicken and brown it in a hot casserole with a little olive oil.
When the chicken is golden, remove from the pan and replace with onion (if necessary add a little olive oil).
As soon as the onions start to be golden, add the cooked chicken legs with the mixture of spices and the mixture of tomatoes, lemon and honey and sprinkle with the broth until well cover the thighs.
Then add the grapes and chickpeas, season with salt and pepper and add some tabasco,to have a better taste for our Tajine

As soon as it boils, lower the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes. To accompany fine semolina is even better.
