Cook the Naan Bread step by step
Knead the dough 10 to 15 minutes.
Let the dough rise at least 1 h 30 in a temperate place by covering it with a cloth.
Form 12 small balls of identical size, spread them with the rolling pin on the floured work surface.
Spread the cheese on a dough disc, leaving 1 cm all around, put a second disc of dough over and weld the edges by pressing well with the fingers.
Cook for 5 minutes per side your naan bread on a griddle, or in a pancake pan for example.
