This noodle hamburger recipe or “ramen burger” is an invention from an asian chef which creat a very special combination between meat vegetable and noodle.
Preparing the noodle
Cook the noodles according to the directions on the packaging, cool with a fan. Book .
Beat an egg in an omelet and add the cooled noodles, mix well. Separate the noodles into two or three parts (it all depends on whether you want more or less thick patties). Pour the noodle portions into ramekin the size of a hamburger ( minced steak ). Cover with cling film and place a weight on it (another ramekin or a can).
Cooking the condiments
Fry the onion rings and the pepper strips in a hot pan with a little olive oil.
Cook the noodle patties in a little hot olive oil until golden . Book . Then do the same with the ground beef . Just before serving, cook the fried egg.
Stuffing the noodle hamburger
For training. Place a noodle pancake in the sauce of your preference, add the leaf or salad leaves, with the minced steak , the onion rings and the pepper strips. The egg cooked the slice of cheese.
