In a few simple steps we are going to show you how to make a sweet oatmeal porridge recipe with almond milk and red berries.
Cook the porridge
First, heat the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat. Then pour the oatmeal. Mix gently using a wooden spoon.
Add frozen berries to the pan right afterwards. Continue to stir well. The red fruits will melt gently in the milk and will give the pinkish color of the porridge.
Cook the oatmeal porridge for 10 min until you get a thick, creamy texture.

Dressing the porridge
Once it is cooked, pour it into a bowl. Your porridge will be able to cool gently.
Then, on a wooden board, cut half a banana into rings. Then add them on top of the oatmeal porridge.
Right next to the banana rings, place a few frozen cherries and the chocolate shavings. The cherries melt slightly with the heat of the porridge.

Then add a little white cheese, then sprinkle it with goji berries.
Finally, pour a little agave syrup and chia seeds over the bananas. It’s ready, you can taste (you can add strawberries) !
