The regina pizza is one of the most known mushrooms dishs in italian cuisine. With the addition of the ham and cheese this regina pizza recipe is absolutely worth trying.
Making the dough
First mix the flour, baking powder, salt and oil in a large bowl.
Add the yeast dissolved in 15 cl of lukewarm water. Then knead for 5 minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained. After that cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest for about 45 minutes, it should double in volume.
Preparations of the condiments
To insure a good taste of the regina pizza sauce follow this steps carefully. Boil the tomatoes for 20 seconds, then immerse them in cold water. Remove the skin and the seeds and finely chop the pulp.
