In the Latin cuisine there’s a different method to cook fish. Today we will show how to make the samana cod fish recipe in the coconut milk.
Prepare the vegetables
First cut the cod fillets into cubes of about 5 cm. Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and salt to firm the flesh. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Wash an organic pepper and seed it and cut it into strips.
Finely chop two small onions.

Pour the vegetables into a large skillet and cook them with a tablespoon of coconut oil.
Then cook over medium heat and stirring often until the slices soften and the onion begins to brown.

As well as a bunch of chopped coriander, this is parsley but really if you can choose coriander! Then let the sauce thicken until it coats the spoon well.

In addition, mop up the pieces of cod with paper towels.
Place the fish in the sauce and cook for about 8 minutes.
Finally serve the coconut cod in the hot samana with lemon slices and rice.
