For Spanish sangria, fruits are of course one of the central elements of the recipe. Choose seasonal fruits to bring a note of freshness to this cocktail. In this recipe we choose some of the classic fresh fruits that you might like the method we used to add the more flavor to the Sangria .
Cleaning and preparation of the fruits
So start this recipe by washing and cutting the fruit into pieces neither too big nor too small without peeling or removing the bark.
Place in a large enough bowl and return to your refrigerator. Sprinkle the fruit pieces with the red and white wine, then add the cane sugar syrup and cinnamon.

Then add the mixed fruit juices, lemonade and alcohol to this base mix. Let macerate at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Serve your fresh Spanish sangria with a few ice cubes, presented in cocktail glasses decorated with a few pieces of fruit or in a large salad bowl to allow your guests to serve themselves with a ladle.
