From the Thai cuisine, we introduce you the sauteed beef recipe. A combination between fried beef and cooked rice with peanuts. Enjoy the dish !
Prepare the ingredients
For the sauteed beef dish vegetables preparations; start by peeling the carrots then cut them into strips, and rinse them in cold water. Then wash the shallots, and chop them finely, set aside. Peel the garlic, then cut it .
Rinse the basil in cold water, fluff it then set aside.
Cut the beef into small regular strips. After that cut the lime into quarters.
Cook the rice
Pour the rice into a pan, cover with plenty of cold water, bring to a boil, it takes about 10 minutes to cook after boiling. Meanwhile drain it then put it back in the pan you are covering.

Make the sauteed beef mixture
In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of sunflower oil over medium heat, fry the carrots for 15 minutes, salt lightly and pepper.
When the carrots are cooked, add the garlic and the minced fresh ginger then continue cooking for another 3 minutes, reserve this preparation in a dish.
Lightly toast the peanuts in a small pan, stir from time to time to prevent them from burning, allow 4 minutes for cooking, then reserve.

Cook the sauteed beef
Take a large pan, pour a drizzle of sunflower oil and heat over high heat, when the oil is hot, add the beef, fry it for about 2 to 3 mins. Remove the pan from the heat, add the carrot, the shallot mixture and the soybeans, mix everything gently.
Serve the sauteed beef dish
Place the hot beef with the carrot mixture in a dish, sprinkle the dish with peanuts, chopped basil and some pieces of cutted lemon. Finally serve the rice next to it.
