Prepare the ingredients
Sauté the seafood and mushrooms in olive oil over low heat in a covered frying pan for 5 minutes and then 5 to 10 minutes in the open, more intense fire, to evaporate the water.
In a bowl, mix cream, eggs, salt, pepper and curry.
You season to your taste, but do not have too heavy hand in curry. The taste must remain light and subtle.
