The Italian cuisine is very known with its pasta recipe. Today we present you the spaghetti with meatballs recipe. Here’s the steps to make it at home
Prepare the sauce
First wash and cut the garlic cloves. In a saucepan, pour a little oil and put in the crushed galic . Fry them for a little while.
Once the garlic gets brown colour, pour the tomato coulis, and add basil and sugar. Then season salt and pepper, add oregano and mix well. Simmer over low heat so that the sauce thickens.

Form the meatballs shape
Meanwhile, prepare the dumplings. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season the mixture with salt and pepper. Now mix well, first with a fork and then by hand.
To shape the meatballs, use your hands and make a small balls the size of walnuts. After finishing, let them cool on a baking sheet.
Then, In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and cook the meatballs in it. Stir from time to time with a spatula.
When the meatballs are cooked and golden brown, pour in the tomato sauce (previously made) and mix well to let the meatballs absorb eough sauce.

Serve the spaghetti with meatballs
When the pasta is cooked, drain it.
Divide the pasta among the plates, place the meatballs on top and cover with the tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese, garnish with a pinch of fresh parsley (optional).
