Preparing the condiments
Rinse your sushi rice until your water runs clear. Then cook it in 1.5 L of boiling salted water for 10 minutes, covered.
Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half, then pit and peel. Finely chop your salmon and cut the cucumber strips. Chop thin slices of radishes and young onions.
Dressing the sushi donuts
Once your rice cooked, set it on in a bowl and sprinkle with mirin. Mix well. Place your rice in small donut molds and press with the back of a spoon. Then turn your mold over on a sheet of nori.
