Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored Italian dessert. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts so today we will help you make it in 15 minutes with a super easy steps.
Prepare the tiramisu condiments
Separate the whites from the egg yolks.
Mix the yolks with the brown sugar and the vanilla sugar.
Add the mascarpone with the whisk.
Whisk the egg whites and gently incorporate them with a spatula into the previous mixture. Reserve.
Prepare the cookies and final steps
Wet the cookies in the coffee quickly before lining the bottom of the dish.
Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream then repeat the operation, alternating layer of cookies and layer of cream, ending with the latter.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Put in the refrigerator at least 4 hours then taste fresh.
There are many recipes for this dish. But this is the original one.
NB: there is indeed alcohol in the tiramisu but it is dry Marsala (neither with eggs, nor with almond) mixed with very strong coffee.
