Making the dough
In the food processor, first of all mix the icing sugar and the powder of almond, then place in a bowl, then filter through a fine colander.
In the bowl of the food processor, place the egg whites, which you have clarified and weighed as needed.
Lather the egg whites at high speed , and as soon as they start to squeeze , add the caster sugar little by little, the snow white is very firm to get the perfect vanilla macaron.
In the bowl of snow white, pour all the icing sugar and sifted powdered almonds . Using a flexible spatula , mix while lifting.
Adding Vanilla taste
Take the vanilla pod and cut it lengthwise and collect the seeds, place it in the bowl.
Mix faster, you must obtain a smooth, shiny, thick and above all not liquid dough. Place the piping bag on your hand.

Creating macaron shapes
Push the macaron dough with a spatula, the pastry bag is ready, put a baking paper on each plate and space them well.

Put in the oven for 10 minutes then turn the plate over to have a uniform cooking for 6 min then take out macarons and wait for them to cool.
