We present you the vegetarian hamburger with lentils and cereals. A balanced, rich dish and esay to make. If you are vegetarian you came to right place !!
Preparing the condiments
Cook the Cereals and Lentils according to the instructions. Once cooked, remove the sachet and pour the Cereals and Lentils in a bowl.
Mash the sweet potato with a fork. Dice the onion and brown for 5 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped garlic and cumin. Let it cool.
Making vegetarian patties
In a salad bowl, add the sweet potato puree and the seared onion with the Cereal and Lentils mixture.
Add the coriander, flour, salt, pepper and egg. Mix everything well.
Form bread-sized patties, Then place them on a baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
Making vegetarian hamburger layers
Heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and brown the patties on both sides. Brush the burger buns with mustard, place a salad leaf and a tomato slice. Add a patty on top.
