A simple recipe for a delicious grilled soup with chicken stock. I was preparing such an unusual soup for the first time and, to be honest, I really like Zatirukha.
Prepare the chicken
You can cook the broth for this soup from chicken, pork, beef or not add meat at all.
Peel and wash the potatoes, carrots and onions.
Put the chicken in a pan, fill it with water. Add salt. Put the pot on the fire and cook the broth on low heat for 40 minutes. When the broth boils, be sure to collect the foam with a spoon.

Drive one egg into a bowl.
Beat the egg slightly with a whisk.
Now dip your hands in the egg.
Then into the flour.
Rub your palms over the plate against each other. Repeat this several times to use all the flour.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Sauté the vegetables over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Remove the meat from the broth. Put chopped potatoes in the broth.
Add bay leaf.
Zatirukha final steps
Separate the meat from the bones. Slice the meat and put back into the broth. Put the pot on low heat and cook the soup with potatoes and chicken for 20 minutes.
Now put the frying in the soup.
Sieve grout through a sieve.
Put the grout in the soup.
Beat the second egg with a whisk and pour into the soup. Cook the grouted soup for another 10 minutes. Add ground pepper to the prepared soup.
Chop green onions finely. Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with green onions and serve.
